I have always been in a sporting environment growing up which has enabled me to have a variety of experiences in the Health and Fitness field. Attending university In the USA has been a major factor in my fitness experiences. I hold a BSc degree in Sports Science, alongside a first-hand knowledge of a life as an athlete through playing collegiate football.

 

My goal is to treat every client individually and help them towards their goals as effectively as possible, regardless of fitness level. I am driven to motivate every client to become the best they can be.

 
INITIAL CONSULTATION

When you decide you want to be your best with Benson Fitness, you will undergo your free initial consultation.

Charlotte will carry out various fitness tests, postural assessments and movement screening to establish your fitness plan so you can safely hit the ground running in the right direction.
